摘　　要：工程能否有序健康推进,项目管理是关键,项目管理的好坏取决于项目管理人员的综合素质及其工作的积极努力程度。过低的工作薪酬不但对从事该项工作的项目管理人员积极性造成伤害,也间接地影响了工程建设质量与安全。本文对目前水利工程项目建设管理费标准进行了分析研究,并提出了一些建议。Project management is critical for whether the project can be implemented orderly and healthily. Project management quality depends on comprehensive quality of project management personnel and their positive work effort level. Too low work salary not only causes damage on enthusiasm of project management personnel engaged in the work, but also affects project construction quality and safety. In the paper, standard of current water conservancy project construction management fees are analyzed and studied, and some suggestions are proposed.
