摘 要:目的探讨通过乡镇中学生对农村居民开展结核病核心信息人际传播后,农村居民结核病核心信息知晓率和行为改变效果,为农村居民开展健康教育方法提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,抽取邯郸市两个乡镇在校中学生及其家长和部分居民作为试验组和对照组研究对象。干预前,对两地研究对象进行基线调查。对试验组中学生实施结核病核心信息干预活动,并指导其将所学知识对家庭成员及周围居民进行人际传播。一年后分别对试验组和对照组研究对象进行终末调查,比较试验组和对照组干预前后结核病核心信息知晓率和健康行为形成率。结果干预前,试验组和对照组基线调查,两组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。干预后,试验组学生、家长、居民结核病核心信息知晓率由51.7%、56.0%、58.9%提高到94.1%、89.5%、88.3%,高于对照组的35.4%、57.7%、59.3%(P<0.01)。试验组学生、家长、居民健康行为形成率由49.5%、44.3%、46.6%提高到88.9%、81.4%、80.9%,高于对照组的49.4%、48.1%、49.5%(P<0.01)。结论由乡镇中学生对农村居民开展结核病核心信息人际传播,对提高农村居民预防结核病的认知水平和促进健康行为效果明显。Objective To explore the awareness status of key message and health behavior on tuber culosis (TB) among rural residents after the implementation of TB key message of interpersonal communication by middle school students, and to provide scientific evidence for strengthening TB health education for rural residents. Methods A multistage stratified systematic random sampling method was applied. Subjects from the middle school students, theirs parents and rural residents in the two towns of Handau City were divided into two groups: trial group and control group. First the baseline surveys were carried out. Second, the middle school students of the trial group were implemented the core message of TB interventions and interpersonal communicated to family members and residents around. The key information TB situation awareness and behavior change were compared between the trial groups and control groups after a year. Results There was no statistical significance compared with the trial groups and control groups before the intervention ( P 〈 0. 05 ). After the intervention, the awareness rate of TB core information in the middlle school students, parents and residents in the trial groups increased from 51.7%, 56.0%, 58.9% to 94.1%, 89.5%, 88.3% and higher than those in the control group (35.4%, 57. 7%, 59.3%) (P 〈0. 01 ). The health behavior change rate in the middlle school students, parents and residents in the trial groups increased fYom 49.5%, 44.3%, 46. 6% to 88.9%, 81.4%, 80. 9% and higher than those in the control groups (49. 4% , 48. 1% , 49. 5% ) (P 〈 0. O1 ). Conclusion Carry out the key message of TB interpersonal communication in township middle schools obviously improved rural residents healthy behaviors cognitive level and promotion TB prevention.
