摘 要:传统的建筑施工过程的污染控制,仅通过人工经验对相关施工企业的污染情况进行定量分析,进而制定相应的污染控制方案,缺乏对受到惩罚和污染控制的反馈因素分析。提出一种基于惩罚因子的建筑施工过程污染控制模型,塑造污染建筑施工过程群体在法律惩罚下集群网络模型,对建筑施工总体污染过程采用统一的惩罚体系,控制部分建筑施工过程的不守法的污染行为,塑造建筑施工过程惩罚效用模型,对建筑施工过程的垃圾运输量以及废旧资源分配情况进行定量分析,加入惩罚对建筑施工过程污染的制约效用。以某建筑施工企业施工过程的垃圾污染治理为例。实验结果表明,该种模型能够对污染建筑施工过程进行高效率的控制,确保建筑施工过程的污染得到较好控制。Traditional pollution control in the construction process, only by artificial experience of the construction enter.prise pollution situation quantitative analysis, formulate the corresponding pollution control scheme, the lack of punishmentand the feedback factor analysis of pollution control. In this paper, a construction process pollution control model based onpenalty factor, shape pollution construction process group under the law to punish the cluster network model, constructionoverall pollution process using a unified system of punishment, to control pollution not law-abiding behaviour on the part ofthe construction process, shape the course of construction, punish the utility model, the construction process of junk trafficas well as the waste of resources allocation to quantitative analysis, to join the restriction of punishment in course of con.struction, pollution effect. In a construction enterprise construction process of garbage pollution control as an example. Theexperimental results show that this model can control of the pollution of construction process in high efficiency, to ensurethe construction process of pollution get better control.
