摘  要:传统稳健性高速磨削成屑工艺设计方法仅能对动态特性的个别实例进行分析,缺乏理论的系统性和应用的广泛性。提出一种基于关联度分析的动态稳健高速磨削成屑工艺设计方法,通过一个描述高速磨削成屑产品质量的关联度序列,分析高速磨削成屑工艺响应变量和信号因子间的线性关系,采用灰色关联度评估响应变量与信号因子间的关联程度,基于方差分析表中的百分比对每个因素的重要性进行排序,获取一组确保关联度最大的可控因子水平组合,采用所提方法进行了高速磨削成屑的实例分析,最终得到稳健的高速磨削成屑工艺设计结果。实验结果说明,所提方法能够对高速磨削成屑工艺进行合理的设计,方法的样品废品率和制作效率优于传统方法。Traditional robustness analysis method can only analyze the dynamic characteristics of individual instances, lackof systematic theories and application of universality. In this paper, a dynamic robust high-speed grinding based on correla-tion analysis into process design method, the core of this method is by the orthogonal experiment data standardization andthe correlation arithmetic, get a description of high-speed grinding into sequences of correlation between product quality,analysis of high speed grinding into process response linear relationship between the variables and the signal factor, usinggrey correlation evaluation response variable and the correlation degree between the signal factor, based on the analysis ofvariance percentage in the table to rank the importance of each factor to obtain a set of controllable factors to ensure maxi-mum correlation between horizontal combination, the proposed method is used for high speed grinding into crumbs of caseanalysis, finally get the steady high-speed grinding into process design results. Experimental results indicate that the pro-posed method can the design of high speed grinding into process effectively, the method of sample rejection rate and produc-tion efficiency is better than the traditional method, has high reference value.
