摘 要:在基于物联网平台下的REST架构体系中,实现生产作业过程的优化调度的关键是进行作业线的支配集优化控制。传统的生产作业线的支配集控制算法采用遗传算法进行柔性工业控制,迭代步数较大,性能不好。提出一种基于生产质量—效率—成本控制的多目标模糊贴近度数学模型构建的物联网平台下的REST架构体系,实现对生产作业线支配集优化控制。开发REST物联网架构体系的工业控制系统平台,计算REST架构体系下的作业线模糊贴近度特征,得到多目标模糊贴近度数学模型,构建REST架构下的多目标作业线物联网络模型,进行优化目标控制函数设计。实现对REST物联网架构模型下的支配集实现优化控制。以某大型工业生产企业的生产作业线控制平台为例,进行实例仿真,得出该算法对多目标的作业线控制具有较好的控制精度,预测效果较好,提高了工业生产效率,具有较好的工程应用价值。In the Internet of things platform under the REST architecture, the key is to achieve optimal scheduling of pro-duction process is dominating set optimization control of production line. An improved control algorithm is proposed basedon production quality, efficiency and cost control of multi target fuzzy closeness degree model to construct the network plat-form in REST architecture, the dominating set optimization control of production line. Industrial control system develop-ment platform for REST networking architecture is obtained, REST architecture under the operating line fuzzy feature is ex-tracted, multiple objective fuzzy mathematical model are constructed, and network model of multi objective job line underthe REST framework is obtained, the optimization of the design target control function is completed. REST control networkarchitecture model sets to realize the optimal control. A large-scale industrial production enterprise in the production linecontrol platform is taken as an example, simulation results shows that the algorithm is applied in the multi-objective linecontrol, it has better control accuracy and good prediction effect, it can improve the efficiency of industrial production, andit has good engineering application value.
