摘  要:食品在远程运输过程中以产生不同程度的变质,需要对食品变质信号实时采集识别,提高对食品的安全监督力度。构建基于无线传感器物联网食品变质信号采集系统,提出一种基于最小方差响应不变波束形成算法的远程运输过程中食品变质信号采集识别方法。设计基于无线传感器物联网技术的远程运输食品信号采集模型,构建食品变质信号数据传输和通信模型,对原始的食品RFID数据进行过滤,得到远程运输过程中的食品变质信号模型,有效表征食品在远程运输车中的温度、湿度和衰败性能的变化量,采用最小方差响应不变波束形成算法实现对远程运输过程中食品变质信号采集识别。仿真实验表明,采用该算法进行食品变质信号采集识别,精度较高,准确有效地识别食物变质的种类、数量和存储位置,提高了对远程运输食品的实时监管能力。When food is staying in the long-distance transportation process, it will produce different degrees of metamor.phism, the need for real-time acquisition and identification of food deterioration signal, improve the supervision of foodsafety. Construction of wireless sensor network based on food spoilage signal acquisition system, proposes a minimum vari.ance response method collection and identification of food deterioration signal remote transport process invariant beamforming algorithm based on. Long distance transport of food acquisition model is designed based on WSN technology, theconstruction of food deterioration signal data transmission and communication model is obtained, filtering the food the origi.nal RFID data is taken, we get food deterioration signal model of distance in the transportation process, variation of effec.tive characterization of food on the remote vehicle in the temperature, humidity and decay properties in response, the mini.mum variance invariant beam forming algorithm for identification of food spoilage signal acquisition remote transport pro.cess. Simulation results show that the algorithm of collection and identification can improve the food deterioration signal ac.curacy, the indexes such as variety, quantity and location can be accurately and effectively identified for the deterioration offood, it can improve the real-time supervision capacity of long-distance transportation of food.
