摘　　要：在探索推进烟叶精益生产过程中,山东潍坊烟区积极实践创新,不断完善基础信息,科学划分生产网格,突出"1+X"管理,初步形成了以网格化管理为核心的烟叶精益生产管理方式,较好地推动了现代烟草农业的发展。During the process of exploring and promoting tobacco lean production, management staff have been innovating actively,enriching basic information, dividing production grid scientific, and emphasizing ＂1 ＋ X＂ management, thus, a management mode oftobacco lean production with grid management as core had preliminarily formed in Weifang tobacco region. The management modehad promoted the development of modern tobacco agriculture.
