摘 要:随着当今社会能源危机和环境污染问题的日益严重,绿色制造技术就显得尤为重要。而在制造业中切削速度的选择是绿色制造的一大关键,传统制造业中切削速度的选择往往是依靠经验判断或者是查阅手册,这显然达不到绿色制造的要求。为了更合理地选择切削速度,建立以加工时间、生产成本、能源消耗以及刀具耐用度为指标的切削速度优化数学模型。采用层次分析法和灰色关联分析法相结合的方法对模型进行求解,这种方法可以更有效和准确地对切削速度进行选择。Along with increasingly become serious problem of energy crisis and environment pollution in today-s society, the Green manufacturing technology seems particularly important. Moreover the choice of cutting speed in manufacturing is a key to Green manufacturing. However, the traditional choice of cutting speed was often to rely on the working experience or consulting the manual, which was not able to meet the requirements of Green manufacturing obviously. In order to choose the more reasonable cutting speed, a cutting speed optimization mathematical model was set up, whose index included processing time, costing of production, energy con-sumption and tool service life, and etc. Then a method combined AHP with Grey Relation Analysis Method was used to solve the math-ematical model. In this way, choice of cutting speed is more effective and exact.
