摘 要:采用非线性有限元法对经冷轧成型无缝钢管的液压缸筒承载能力进行了研究,目的在于定量分析冷轧钢管残余应力对液压缸承载能力的影响。对冷轧钢管成型过程进行了研究,获得了冷轧钢管脱模后的残余应力,在此基础上,在脱模后钢管的内表面施加内压模拟工作时的液压缸,获得残余应力和工作应力共同作用的应力场。计算了无残余应力缸筒在内压作用下的应力分布,并对有无残余应力液压缸筒的承载能力进行了比较。结果表明:初应力的存在改变了液压缸筒等效应力的大小和分布方式,最大等效应力是无初应力时的3倍,初应力降低了液压缸筒的承载能力,用冷轧钢管作液压缸筒应该首先进行热处理消除初应力。The investigation on the carrying capacity of the hydraulic cylinder with the residual stress of cold?rolling seamless steel tube was conducted by nonlinear finite element method ( FEM) , which was aimed at quantitative analysis of influence on carrying capacity of hydraulic cylinder with residual stress of cold?rolling seamless steel tube. The forming process of seamless steel tube was in?vestigated, and the residual stress after cold?rolling and pulling off of the mould was obtained. Based on the work, the inner surface of seamless steel tube after pulling off of the mould was imposed by pressure in order to simulate the real operating state of hydraulic cylin?der, and stress field acted both with residual stress and working stress was acquired. The stress distribution of hydraulic cylinder acted by inner pressure without residual stress was calculated, and carrying capacity of hydraulic cylinder without residual stress was com?pared. The results show that the initial stress in presence changes the amount and distribution mode of equivalent stress of hydraulic cyl?inder and the maximum equivalent stress of hydraulic cylinder is three times as large as that of which without initial stress. The initial stress reduces the carrying capacity of the hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic cylinder made of cold?rolling seamless steel tube must be experienced with heat treatment first to eliminate the initial stress.
