摘 要:基于有限元(FEM)与功率健合图的原理,运用Ansoft电磁场计算软件和AMESim多物理量建模软件,建立了完整的比例电磁阀模型,实现了其电、磁、机、液的多物理量耦合。与现有的典型模型相比,该建模方法完善了比例电磁阀模型的精确性、完整性和动态响应特性。分别从比例电磁阀的电磁力、位移、流量等目标参数出发,通过试验比对验证了模型的精确性和静动态特性。该比例电磁阀模型与实际物理模型的相似程度完全符合液压控制系统的设计要求,可为后续的比例电磁阀高精度控制系统设计提供参考。Based on the principle of Finite Element Method ( FEM) and Power Bond Graph theory, used Ansoft and AMESim, which are the electromagnetic computation software and the multi-physical modeling software, a complete model of proportional solenoid valve was built, which achieved the coupling of its electrical, magnetic, mechanical and hydraulic multi-physical. As compared with the existing typical model, the proportional solenoid valve model accuracy was perfected by the modeling method, as well as the com-pleteness and dynamic response characteristics. The model was verified by experiments in comparison for its accuracy and static and dy-namic characteristics, started from considering separately electromagnetic force, displacement, flow and other target parameters of the proportional solenoid valve. The similarity of the simulation model and the actual physical model is in full compliance with requirements of the hydraulic control system design. Subsequently, it provides reference for the following design of the precision proportional solenoid valve control system.
