摘  要:以DOPO、TGIC、四溴苯酐为主要反应原料合成TGBD2膨胀型阻燃剂,并通过DSC、红外、熔点测试仪对其进行表征,将其按填量分别为3.5%及5%两种比例应用于PA6工程塑料中,通过拉伸测试、DSC测试、表面能测试、吸水率测试等对工程塑料进行了综合性能研究。结果表明:当TGBD2的质量分数为5%时,PA6工程塑料的综合性能较为优良。The compound of TGBD2 was synthesized through addition reaction between TGIC、DOPO and tetra-bromophthalic anhydride,then characterized by DSC、IR and melting point apparatus.After applied in PA6 engi-neering plastics with percentages of 3 .5% and 5%,the comprehensive properties of materials were studied by ten-sile test、DSC、surface energy test、water absorption test、density test.The results show that the comprehensive per-formance of PA6 engineering plastic was better when the mass fraction of TGBD2 was 5%.
