摘 要:采用兰州石化公司生产的丁腈橡胶N41乳液聚合配方,考察了不同聚合温度对反应时间的影响,测定了橡胶链化学结构组成、凝胶含量、生胶门尼粘度和硫化胶力学性能。结果表明:随聚合温度的升高,反应时间缩短,硫化胶的拉伸强度和300%定伸应力提高,扯断伸长率降低。反应后期聚合温度的升高,导致凝胶含量增加,生胶门尼粘度升高。The polymerization time of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR)polymerization with different tem-perature was studied by emulsion polymerization recipe of N41 in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company.The effects of chain structure,gel content,Mooney viscosity and the mechanical properties of vulcanized NBR were investigated. The results showed that with the polymerization temperature increasing,the reaction time was shortened and the ten-sile strength and 300% modulus of vulcanized NBR increased,while the elogation at break decreased.The latter polymerization temperature increasing resulted that the gel content increased and Mooney viscosity raised.
