摘　　要：从国外职业能力测评工具研究进展出发,分析了国内职业能力测评工具研究现状,介绍了常见的职业能力测评工具,并从方法和功能角度探讨了职业能力测评工具的选择。Starting from research progress of testing and evaluation tools of occupational aptitude in the world around,this paper analyses the relevant research status in China.It introduces some common tools of testing and evaluation of occupational aptitude,and explores the choices of testing and evaluation tools of occupational aptitude from the viewpoint of methodology and functionality.
