大学生体育行为调查分析及对策

摘　　要：通过对云南大学生体育行为进行问卷调查,结果表明:(1)62.3%的大学生体育意识为强烈和非常强烈,64.6%的大学生体育兴趣为喜欢和非常喜欢,91.2%的大学生认为体育重要和很重要,并认为体育锻炼的动机是增强体质、消遣娱乐、提高运动水平等;(2)云南大学生平均每周锻炼2.3次,平均每次锻炼持续时间为29 min,每次锻炼的运动强度介于小强度和中等强度之间;(3)云南大学生体育消费意识比较淡薄,体育消费水平较低。调查和分析云南大学生体育行为的基本状况和表现,提出加强云南大学生体育行为培养的建议。Through the investigation on Yunnan college students sports behavior,the results show that：（1 ）college students sports consciousness 62.3% indicate a strong and very strong,64.6% of the students interested in sports that love and very loving,9 1.2%of the students think that sports important and very important,and that physical exercisemotivation is to enhance physical fitness,entertainment, sport level etc.;（2）exercise 2.3 times per week on average college students in Yunnan Province,the average exerciseduration of 29 minutes,between each exercise intensity between small strength and medi-um strength;（3）Yunnan university student sports consumption awareness is relatively weak,sports con-sumption level is relatively low.Investigation and analysis of Yunnan college students sports behavior of the basic condition and performance,put forward to strengthen college students’ sports behavior of Yun-nan training advice.
