摘　　要：孵化器功能论对于孵化器的理解具有其合理性,然而其目的论倾向和理论进路中的循环论证思维导致了能力的"例外论"、"不可知论"乃至"体制决定论"等论断。通过对深圳虚拟大学园中"常态"和"反常"的分析,在一定程度上验证了孵化器功能论的合理性和缺陷,并指出为了避免功能论的困境,有必要引入社会建构论的进路。It is reasonable to understand incubator studies in terms of functionalism. However, the teleological orientation and the circular way of thinking in its reasoning have led to such conclusions concerning the incubator's performance as 'exceptionalism', 'agnosticism' and even 'institutional determinism' etc. By analyzing the 'normal' and 'abnormal' cases of Shenzhen Virtual University Park, this paper demonstrates both the rationality and the defect of functionalism. The authors think that it is necessary to follow the social constructivist approach in incubator studies to avoid the functionalist dilemma.
