摘  要:目的了解医院溶血葡萄球菌(SHA)临床分布及耐药性,指导临床用药,控制感染提供依据。方法回顾性分析医院2010年5月-2011年4月分离到的87株SHA临床分布和耐药性,采用WHONET-5软件进行统计分析。结果 87株SHA广泛存在于临床各类标本中,其中以痰液为主,共63株占72.4%;SHA主要分布在呼吸科,共19株占21.8%;SHA对常用抗菌药物呈现多药耐药性,对β-内酰胺类、大环内酯类、氨基糖苷类有较高的耐药性,β-内酰胺酶检出率达100.0%,对青霉素、苯唑西林耐药率达100.0%,对红霉素耐药率为96.6%,对庆大霉素耐药率为86.2%,对左氧氟沙星耐药率为62.1%,未发现对万古霉素、替考拉宁、呋喃妥因耐药菌株。结论 SHA可引起多部位感染,对临床常用抗菌药物有较高的耐药性,应引起临床和实验室人员的重视,临床应加强对此类细菌的监测。OBJECTIVE To investigate clinical distribution and drug resistance of Staphylococcus haemolyticus (SHA) and provide basis for clinical drug use and control of infection .METHODS A statistical analysis for clinical distribution and resistance of 87 strain of SHA isolated during May 2010 to Apr .2011 was conducted with the software WHONET‐5 .RESULTS A total of 87 strains were isolated and they existed in all kinds of specimens , mainly in the sputum specimens (63 strains ,72 .4% ) .SHA was mainly distributed in the respiratory department (19 strains ,21 .8% ) .The result of drug susceptibility showed multi‐resistance of SHA to commonly antibiotics . The drug resistant rate of SHA to β‐lactams antibiotics ,macrolides ,aminoglycosides were high .The detection rate of β‐lactamase was up to 100 .0% .The drug resistant rate to penicillin and oxacillin was 100% ,to erythromycin was 96 .6% ,to gentamicin was 86 .2% ,to levofloxacin was 62 .1% .No SHA strains resistant to vaneomycin , teicoplanin and nitrofurantoin were found .CONCLUSION SHA can cause infection in many sites ,and it is highly resistant to commonly used antibiotics .Attention should be taken by the clinical and laboratory staff to this situa‐tion and the monitoring of the antimicrobial drug resistance must be strengthened .
