健康体检人员血清幽门螺杆菌尿素酶抗体的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的分析无锡地区健康体检人员血清幽门螺杆菌尿素酶抗体的资料,以探讨近年无锡地区人员幽门螺杆菌感染的流行情况,更好地把握消化道疾病的病因变化和改进预防治疗策略。方法调查2009年1月-2012年12月来医院参加健康体检人员共35 921人,使用免疫胶体金法对其进行血清幽门螺杆菌尿素酶抗体检测,数据采用PEMS3.1软件进行统计处理。结果参加健康体检35 921人员中有15 490人血清幽门螺杆菌尿素酶抗体阳性,阳性率为43.12%;2010年检测阳性率最高为50.70%,2011和2012年阳性率逐年下降,分别为42.12%和35.99%,各年份间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,男女性别之间阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义;年龄41-60岁人员检测阳性率最高为45.31%,各年龄间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论无锡地区人员普遍易感幽门螺杆菌,定期检测血清幽门螺杆菌尿素酶抗体对及早发现幽门螺杆菌感染有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To analyze data of Helicobacter pylori urease antibody in the serum of people during health examination in Wuxi ,in order to investigate the prevalence of H .pylori infection in Wuxi area in recent years and grasp the changes in the causes of digestive tract diseases and improve the prevention and control strategy . METHODS Totally 35921 people who came to the hospital for health examination from Jan .2009 to Dec .2012 were investigated .The immune colloidal gold method was used to determine the serum antibody of H .pylori ure‐ase .Data were statistically processed by the software PEMS 3 .1 .RESULTS Among the 35921 people ,there were 15490 cases detected as serum H .pylori urease antibody positive ,the positive rate was 43 .12% .The positive rate was highest in the year 2009 ,up to 50 .70% ,and dropped year by year in 2011 and 2012 ,which was 42 .12%and 35 .99% respectively .The difference was significant between each year （P〈0 .05） .There was no significant difference in the positive rate between males and females .By age group ,the highest infection rate was seen in the 41-60 years old group .The difference was significant between each age group （P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION Popu‐lation in Wuxi area is generally susceptible to H .pylori infection .Regular testing of serum antibody of H .pylori urease has important significance for early detection of H .pylori infection .
