两种不同方法处理肿瘤患者PICC置管后皮肤过敏的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在比较两种不同处理方法对肿瘤患者经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC置管)后皮肤过敏的疗效,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法 2013年6月-2014年4月医院60例PICC置管后出现皮疹的患者随机分为试验组30例和对照组30例;试验组用庆大霉素和地塞米松注射液纱布湿敷后,再用康特森粘贴伤口敷料固定PICC管;对照组采用爱洛松乳膏外涂后,用无菌纱布覆盖,然后胶布固定PICC管;根据皮肤科临床皮疹治疗后疗效评价的标准评价皮肤过敏情况,采用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果试验组患者痊愈14例、有效14例、无效2例;对照组患者痊愈9例、有效16例、无效5例,两组比较,试验组治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫酸庆大霉素注射液、地塞米松注射液混合纱布湿敷再联合康特森粘贴伤口敷料治疗PICC置管处周围皮肤皮疹有确切疗效,且方法简单便于操作。OBJECTIVE To compare the efficacy of two different treatments for skin allergy after catheterization of PICC in cancer patients so as to provide reference for clinical treatment .METHODS Totally 60 patients with rash after PICC catheterization during Jun .2013 to Apr .2014 were randomly divided into the experimental group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases） .In the experimental group ,skin was wet compressed by gauze with dexa‐methasone and gentamicin injections ,and then the wound dressing was pasted with Kangtesen to fix PICC tube .In the control group ,skin was treated with Ailuosong cream coated with sterile gauze and then PICC tube was taped . The allergy was evaluated according to the efficacy criteria for clinical rash treatment .The software SPSS13 .0 was used for statistical analysis .RESULTS Totally 14 patients in the experimental group were cured ;14 patients were effective ;2 patients were ineffective .In the control group ,9 patients were cured ;16 patients were effective ;5 pa‐tients were ineffective .The treatment efficacy in the experimental group was significantly better than the that in the control group （P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION Wet compress with gentamicin and dexamethasone injections com‐bined with wound dressing with Kangtesen on skin rash around PICC catheter was effective and easy to operate .
