受血者输血前相关传染性指标检测在医院感染控制中的意义

摘　　要：目的对于需要输血的患者在输血之前进行必要的传染性指标的检测,研究受血者进行检测的必要性和对于感染控制所起的作用。方法在2012年1-12月入院进行治疗时需要输血的患者共有859例,患者中随机抽取200例进行研究;患者在输血之前均进行4项必要的传染性指标的检测,检验结果采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果在200例受血者中乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性27例,阳性率为13.5%,丙型肝炎病毒抗体检验呈阳性10例,阳性率为5.0%,人类免疫缺陷病毒的抗体检验结果呈阳性4例,阳性率为2.0%,苍白密螺旋体血清抗体检验结果呈阳性7例,阳性率为3.5%。结论针对受血者较常出现的感染类型,提出抗感染措施,有效的保证了输血患者的输血安全。OBJECTIVE To study the necessity and the role of test for blood recipients in infection control in the sit‐uation where recipients need to be tested for several infectious indicators before transfusion .METHODS There were totally 859 patients requiring transfusion during treatment after admission in Jan .- Dec .2012 and 200 of them were randomly selected for study .Before transfusion all patients were tested for the four necessary infectious indicators ,namely hepatitis B virus antigen ,hepatitis C virus antibody ,human immunodeficiency virus antibody and Treponema pallidum serum antibody .The test results were statistically analyzed by SPSS13 .0 .RESULTS In the 200 cases of transfusion recipients ,the number of patients with hepatitis B surface antigen positive was 27 ca‐ses ,with the positive rate of 13 .5% .Ten patients had their hepatitis C virus antibody tests as positive ,with the positive rate of 5 .0% .The antibody test results of human immunodeficiency virus were positive in 4 cases ,with the positive rate of 2 .0% .The T .pallidum serum antibody test results were positive in 7 cases ,with the positive rate of 3 .5% .CONCLUSION Measures were proposed targeting at the common type of infection in blood recipi‐ents ,which effectively guaranteed the safety of blood transfusion in transfusion patients .
