摘　　要：从企业办公自动化系统常用的功能需求出发,提出OA总体设计方案,规划设计了OA的整体框架及其主要功能模块。选择Eclipse作为主要开发工具,运用该可视化编程工具实现OA系统的界面交互,对Tomcat服务器和数据库进行优化设置,确保企业OA的信息发布、工作流应用、知识共享和公文管理等功能完整呈现。This thesis is based on functional requirements of Office Automation （abbreviated as OA） .First of all ,it estab‐lishes an overall design plan .And then it plans and designs an overall framework and its main function modules by using the competitive analysis method .Secondly ,it makes a specific design of authentication module ,collaboration application module ,form application module ,file application module ,document management module ,public information module ,a‐genda planning and meeting module by analyzing detailed projects ,etc .It also establishes management system of Tomcat web server and Oracle data base .In addition ,it selects Eclipse as the main development tools .In order to achieve the in‐terface of OA system ,the thesis extracts the essence of visual programming tools to optimize Tomcat server and data base ,which guarantees the perfect presentation of various functions ,such as information distribution ,workflow applica‐tion ,knowledge sharing as well as document management .After that ,this thesis devotes its attempt to discuss system maintenance to maintain the continual operating of OA .Finally ,the thesis systematically evaluates the result of this re‐search .
