靖安县森林可持续经营重点工程的灰色局势决策

摘　　要：应用灰色局势决策理论,将靖安县可持续经营重点工程归纳为5类事件,针对这些事件提出19种对策,进行目标量化与效果值白化,建立灰局势决策模型,得到了靖安县可持续经营重点工程的优化决策方案。通过分析认为,灰局势决策能够针对实际决策问题,为不同目标提供较方便和科学的决策依据和决策结果。This study applies the theory of grey situation decision-making to identify optimum measures under five areas of study for key projects of forest sustainable management in Jin＇an County.We itemize 19 countermeasures for key projects of forest sustainable management and determining intended goal and effect to establish grey situation decision-making model to obtain optimal decision-making scheme of management measures that conforming the key projects of forest sustainable management.As a result grey situation decision-making can provide a convenient and scientifically-based situation for identifying those renovation programs of measures which provide the optimal outcomes for the key projects of forest sustainable management.
