摘 要:[目的]研究PVA复合栽体包埋固定化微生物颗粒处理抗生素废水的工艺条件.[方法]采用包埋固定化技术处理抗生素废水中的COD,考察了不同因素对COD去除效果的影响.[结果]其最佳处理条件:曝气时间为25h,处理温度为25~35℃,pH为6~8.在该条件下,其对抗生素废水的COD去除率达85%以上.[结论]包埋固定化增强了菌体抵抗环境的能力,使包埋固定化菌处理抗生素废水的最适温度、pH和进水COD范围变宽.[Objective] The paper described the process for treatment of antibiotic wastewater by immobilized microorganism beads which were entrapped with complex carrier of polyvinyl alcohol.[Method] Embedded-immobilized compound bacteria have been used for treating the COD of antibiotic wastewater.The effects of different influencing factors on COD removing efiicacy were investigated.The dynamics of treatment course was studied.[Result] The optimum conditions are as follows:25 h aeration time,25-35 ℃ temperature,6-8 pH value.Under these conditions,COD removal rate on antibiotic wastewater can reach above 85%.[Conclusion] The embedding-immobilization enhances the resistibility of compound bacteria to extreme conditions,so as to broaden the ranges of optimum temperature,pH and influent COD concentration.
