摘　　要：土地是广义上的旅游资源,该研究分析了现有的旅游用地分类体系,认为由于当前缺乏能与土地利用总体规划相衔接的旅游用地分类体系,导致了旅游产业规划以及土地利用总体规划中旅游用地管理都面临挑战,旅游用地与其他用地混淆导致旅游用地建设指标混乱,旅游用地取地不合理等问题尤其严峻。鉴于此,基于土地利用规划的视角初步提出新的旅游用地分类体系,将旅游用地分为4个大类5个小类,以期对以后的旅游用地规划和管理工作有一定借鉴作用。Land is broadly tourism resources,this paper analyzes the existing tourism land classification system,think that the current lack of can connect with the general land use planning of tourism land classification system,led to the tourism land use planning and management is faced with problems and puzzles,including confusion between tourism lands and other lands,take to the land used for tourism is not reasonable,etc.So this article from the perspective of land use planning,put forward a new classification system,the land used for tourism will be classified four categories and five small classes,so as to provide a certain reference for future tourism land use planning and management.
