摘　　要：分析了扇形齿轮的结构特点,设计了其注射成型模具,重点讨论了斜齿的成型与脱模方法、模具的侧向分型与抽芯机构、推出机构以及定距分型机构,阐述了模具的工作过程。实践表明,该模具动作可靠,产品质量符合客户要求。The structural characteristics of the sector gear was analyzed. The injection mold was designed. The helical gear forming and demolding method, the mold side parting, pulling mechanism and the given-distance parting were discussed. The working process of the injection mold was mainly stated. Practical results show that the mold reliability and product quality meet the requirements of customer.
