摘 要:针对紫外(UV)、紫外-过硫酸盐(UV-PS)和紫外-双氧水(UV-H2O2)降解药物扑热息痛(APAP),选取5个影响因素进行研究。结果表明,UV系统对扑热息痛几乎没有降解作用,UV-PS和UV-H2O2系统中,APAP浓度随时间的变化符合准1级动力学模型(R2>0.97)。反应速率随APAP初始含量增加而降低,且UV-H2O2系统平均反应速率较大。增加氧化剂投加量、提高溶液p H及适度提升阴离子含量可增大反应速率。各系统最大去除率分别发生在p H=7和3,分别为29.3%(UV-H2O2)和68.5%(UV-PS)。各系统kobs与阴离子浓度呈线性关系(R2>0.92),均在c0(Cl-)=20 mmol/L和c0(HCO3-)=2 mmol/L,c0(HCO3-)=50 mmol/L时达到最大。向2个系统中分别投加2种淬灭剂乙醇和叔丁醇,kobs大幅下降,且淬灭剂对UV-H2O2系统抑制作用较UV-PS系统更为强烈。Ultraviolet(UV),ultraviolet-persulfate(UV-PS) and ultraviolet-hydrogen peroxide(UV-H2O2) are used to degrade paracetamol(APAP) in medication. There was no degradation of APAP in UV system,while the concentration of APAP followed the pseudo-first order kinetic model(R^2〉0.97)with the change of time in UV/PS system and UV-H2O2 system. The reaction rate decreased with the initial concent of APAP increasing,and the average reaction rate in UV-H2O2 system was higher than that in UV-PS system. The reaction rate could be improved by increasing the dosage of oxidant,p H of the solution and the concentration of anions. The maximum removal rate was about 29.3% in UV-H2O2 system and 68.5% in UV-PS system in the conditions of pH=7 and p H=3 respectively. In each system,the kobsand the concentration of anions were linear relationship(R^2〉0.92). The kobsin both UV-H2O2 system and UV-PS system reached the maximum value in the condition of c0(Cl^-)=20 mmol/L,while the kobsin each system reached the maximum value in the condition of c0(HCO3^-)=2 mmol/L and c0(HCO3^-)=50 mmol/L respectively. The kobs decreased dramatically with putting ethanol and tert-butanol into the two systems respectively,and the inhibition effect of quenchers was stronger in UV-H2O2 system than that in UV/PS system.
