摘 要:以水稻秸秆为模板,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Bi VO4光催化材料(RS-Bi VO4),利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)表征手段对样品的微观形貌和晶相结构进行研究。结果表明,样品复制了水稻秸秆的纤维层状,且均为单斜白钨矿型。在250 W卤钨灯照射下,对50 m L偶氮胭脂红B溶液进行降解,研究RS-Bi VO4对偶氮胭脂红B光催化降解的优化条件,结果表明,催化剂投加量为30 mg、偶氮胭脂红B的初始浓度为20 mg/L、p H为6.5、光照距离为14 cm,在可见光照射50 min时,RS-Bi VO4对偶氮胭脂红B的去除率达98.58%。Photocatalysis material RS-Bi VO4 was successfully synthesized by rice straw as template in sol-gel method. The morphology and crystal structure of samples were characterized by analyses of XRD and SEM. The results showed that taking rice straw as template,the samples had copied its fiber layered structure successfully,all being monoclinic scheelite. Photocatalytic degradation of 50 mL Azocarmine B solution was proceeded under the illumination of 250 W tungsten halogen and optimization conditions for photocatalytic degradation of Azocarmine B by RS-BiVO4 were studied. The research showed that when the catalyst dosage was 30 mg,the initial mass concentration of Azocarmine B was 20 mg/L,pH was 6.5,and the light distance was 14 cm,the degradation rate of Azocarmine B by RS-Bi VO4 was 98.58% in 50 min of visible light illumination.
