摘 要:针对复合材料腹板悬臂梁在弯剪复合载荷作用下的稳定性和破坏强度开展研究。通过试验获得腹板的屈曲载荷与结构破坏载荷,改进了基于试验数据确定屈曲载荷的方法。采用商用有限元软件Abaqus对试验进行数值模拟,研究复合材料梁腹板的屈曲和后屈曲特征,并通过USDFLD子程序实现对复合材料失效过程的模拟。研究表明,复合材料腹板具有典型的屈曲特征和较强的后屈曲承载能力,对其屈曲载荷、后屈曲历程和结构破坏载荷的模拟结果与试验实测结果吻合良好,对复合材料梁腹板损伤模式的模拟结果与结构实际破坏形貌相一致。A composite cantilever web beam subject to shearing bending load was investigated experimentally and numerically to characterize its behavior of stability and strength. Both the buckling load and the strength were obtained in the experiment, and a method to identify the buckling load based on experimental data was recommended. Abaqus package was applied to analyze the buckling and post-buckling behavior of the structure. The progressive damage and final failure process were simulated by the use of USDFLD user subroutine. Both test and simulation reveal that the web beam evidently has the feature of typical buckling and a strong post-buckling load capacity. The simulation is in good agreement with experimental results on buckling load, post-buckling behavior, failure mode and strength.
