摘 要:采用水泥3 d、7 d早期水化热与28 d抗压强度函数关系的分析方法,获得低热钢渣矿渣硅酸盐水泥比矿渣水泥早期水化热低的优势配料参数为:〈35 MPa、35~50 MPa、〉50 MPa三个28 d抗压强度段,混合材总量分别为80%~90%、60%~70%、30%~45%,钢渣掺量分别为20%~45%、10%~20%、5%~10%。设定水泥水化热权重12、力学强度权重12、工作性权重9,量化评定低热钢渣矿渣硅酸盐水泥综合性能。32.5强度等级满意度高分区在Ⅱ型区:矿渣掺量35%~45%,钢渣掺量15%~40%。42.5强度等级满意度高分区在Ⅰ型区:矿渣掺量25%~35%,钢渣掺量10%~15%。Adopting the analytical method that is functional relationship of cement early hydration heat in3 d,7 d and compressive strength at 28 d,compared with Portland blastfurnace-slag cement,the ingredients parameters of low heat steel slag and blast furnace slag Portland cement having an advantage in early lower hydration heat was acquired as follows: 28 d compressive strength in 35 MPa,35-50 MPa, 50 MPa three sections,the total quality of cement admixture are 80%-90%,60%-70%,30%-45% respectively,corresponding steel slag content are 20%-45%,10%-20%,5%-10%. High desirability value region for 42. 5 strength grade is located in type Ⅰ area: blast furnace slag content 25%-35%,steel slag content10%-15%.
