摘  要:以氧化铝、锆英石和高岭土等为原料,稀土氧化物CeO2为添加剂,采用有机泡沫浸渍法,在1500℃烧结制备锆莫来石泡沫陶瓷,研究CeO2含量对泡沫陶瓷性能的影响,并观察其显微结构。结果表明:锆莫来石泡沫陶瓷的抗弯强度、热震性能随CeO2含量的增加先增加,而后略有下降。在CeO2含量为0.6wt%时制品的抗弯强度及抗热震性能最佳。其最高抗弯强度达1.96 MPa,1 100℃热震循环次数为12次。Zirconia-mullite foam ceramic was made by organic foam impregnation method at 1500 ℃ using Al2O3,zirconite and kaolin as the raw materials,and rare earth material CeO2 as the additive. The effect of CeO2 content on the properties of foam ceramic was studied,and the microstructure of the ceramic was observed. The results showed that with the increase of the CeO2 content,the flexural strength and thermal shock property increased first and then declined slightly. When the content of CeO2 was 0. 6wt%,the sample showed the best flexural strength and thermal shock resistance,and the maximum flexural strength was 1. 96 MPa and the thermal shock cycling times at 1100 ℃ was 12.
