摘  要:以废弃瓷砖作再生粗骨料制备再生骨料混凝土,研究了废瓷砖再生骨料对混凝土工作性、抗压强度、抗冻性等性能的影响,并将之与原生碎石骨料混凝土进行对比。结果表明:与原生碎石骨料相比,废瓷砖再生骨料具有密度较小,吸水性增强和骨料强度较高等特点。在相同浆骨比条件下,废瓷砖再生骨料需更多水泥浆包裹,导致混凝土流动性变差。通过调整颗粒级配及浆骨比,废瓷砖再生骨料混凝土的工作性得以改善。在最佳配合比下,与原生碎石骨料混凝土相比,废瓷砖再生骨料混凝土的抗压强度较高,早期自由收缩率较小。在相同冻融循环次数条件下,与原生碎石骨料混凝土相比,废瓷砖再生骨料混凝土的强度损失率较小。废瓷砖再生骨料混凝土在力学性能、抗冻性及早期收缩率等方面都优于原生碎石混凝土,有望在实际工程中运用。Ceramic recycled aggregate concrete( CRAC) was prepared by using waste ceramic tile as recycled coarse aggregate. Effects of ceramic recycled aggregate( CRA) on workability,compressive strength,frost resistance of concrete were studied and compared to original aggregate( OA). Results show that CRA have higher porosity,smaller density,and higher strength compared with OA. Under the same paste-aggregate ratio,CRA need more cement paste and lead to poor flow-ability. The workability of CRAC was improved by adjusting the particle size distribution and paste-aggregate ratio. Under the optimal mixture ratio,strength of CRAC is higher than those of OAC and shrinkage rate of CRAC is less than those of OAC. Under the same freeze-thaw cycles,strength loss rate of CRAC is less than those of OAC. CRA could be used in concrete at practical engineering projects for its good mechanical properties and durability.
