摘  要:以临界粒径为1 mm的板状刚玉为骨料,以白刚玉为细粉,以ρ-氧化铝和硅微粉为结合剂,添加不同量的铝硅凝胶粉,浇注成型制备了中间包用刚玉莫来石质气幕挡墙,研究了铝硅凝胶粉对材料物理性能和孔径分布的影响。结果表明:随着铝硅凝胶粉的加入,试样致密度提高,强度增大;在热处理过程中,凝胶粉反应生成莫来石,体积膨胀,促进致密化,降低气孔孔径;加入较多时,使得试样过烧结。在本实验条件下,铝硅凝胶粉加入4%时,刚玉莫来石气幕挡墙性能较好。A corundum mullite based gas curtain dam in tundish was prepared by using tabular corundum of not more than 1 mm as aggregates, white corundum as fines, and ρ-Al2O3 and alumina-silica micropowder as binders and cast forming. The effects of alumina-silica gel powder additions on the physical properties and pore size distribution were investigated. The results show that added alumina-silica gel powder improved the compactness of the specimens. and increased the strength. During heat treatment alumina-silica gel powder. react to form mullite companying a volume expansion. and decreased pore size. As excessive alumina-silica gel powder was added,the specimens were over-sintered. At this experiment conditions,the corundum mullite gas curtain dam with 4% alumina-silica gel powder had an optimum performance.
