摘　　要：针对某两型出口雷达"D"级维护保障系统,详细描述了该两型雷达综合测试系统的设计与实现。该系统由5种测试台、辅助设备、电站和维修备件组成,测试台包括混合电路测试台、DSP电路测试台、RF/IF电路测试台、T/R组件测试台及电源测试台。该系统基于GPIB总线、PXI总线及网络化结构,参照IVI技术规范,开发仪器通用驱动库,各测试台共用同一个软件平台,测试程序与测试数据分离,实现了测试数据、执行逻辑、执行界面、开发界面的模块化。该系统可进行2种型号雷达各分系统电路板(共计129个品种)的故障检测和故障隔离。雷达测试系统联试实验验证了该系统的有效性和工程实用性。Aiming at D level maintenance and support system of two certain radar,design and implementation of integrated test system is described detailedly in this paper.It is mainly composed of five kinds of test benches,some assist device,diesel generator and spare parts.The test benches include Hybrid circuit test bench,DSP circuit test bench,RF/IF circuit test bench,T/R module test bench and Power supply test bench.Based on GPIB bus,PXI bus and network,all test benches apply the same software frame according to IVI technology criterion.The test program separates from the test data in this software.The software realizes modularization of test data,executive logic,executive windows and developing windows.The system can be used for PCB performance test and failure diagnosis from each subsystem of two kinds of radar （summing to 129）.Debugging experiments validate the validity and engineering practicability of the system.
