摘  要:目的研究光触媒空气净化消毒器对医院室内空气净化与消毒效果,为实际应用提供依据。方法通过模拟现场和现场消毒试验方法,对某光触媒空气净化消毒器对模拟实验室和医院室内空气中化学污染物和微生物净化和消除效果进行评价。结果采用该光触媒空气净化消毒器运行30 min,对气雾室空气中白色葡萄球菌的消除率为99.97%。在医院病房用该光触媒空气净化消毒器运行1 h,病房空气中自然菌平均消除率为96.10%,空气中菌数为50 cfu/m3;运行3 h,对医院病理科空气中甲醛去除率达97.66%,使空气中甲醛含量由净化前的2.39 mg/m3下降至0.054 mg/m3,达到低于标准0.1 mg/m3的安全范围。结论该光触媒空气净化消毒器对医疗环境空气中微生物和化学污染物都有明显消毒和净化效果。Objective To study the indoor air purification and disinfection effect of a photocatalytic air purification disin- fector in hospital, and provide the basis for practical application. Methods Laboratory simulation tests and clinical field tests were used to evaluate the purification and eliminate effect of chemical pollutants and microorganisms of the photocata- lyric air purification disinfector in laboratories and hospitals. Results After using the photocatalytic air purification disin- lector for 30 rain, the killing rate of Staphylococcus albus in aerosol room was 99. 97%. The average eliminating rate of natu- ral bacteria count in the hospital was 96. 10% for 1 h, keeping bacterial count in the air at 50 cfu/m^3. While running the disinfector in pathology department room for 3 h, the removal rate of formaldehyde was up to 97.66% , and the formalde- hyde concentration of 2. 309 mg/m^3 decreased to 0. 054 mg/m^3 , which was lower than standard safe range of 0.1 mg/m^3. Conclusion The photocatalytic air purification disinfector can reduce the microbiological and chemical pollutants in hospi- tal effectively.
