一种新型医用灭菌包装纸的性能观察

摘　　要：目的 观察一种新型医用灭菌皱纹包装纸的透过性能,为无菌包装应用提供依据。方法 采用理化和生物方法,测定该包装纸相关因子透过性能。结果 该医用皱纹包装纸在132℃力蒸汽灭菌4 m in后,样品内生物指示剂可达到全部无菌生长。该医用皱纹包装纸能有效阻隔潮湿条件下金黄色葡萄球菌透过,在干燥条件下能有效阻隔枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢透过。该医用皱纹包装纸在温度为60℃相对湿度为75%~85%的条件下,或在干燥条件下,均能阻隔金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达1周。结论 该医用灭菌皱纹包装纸符合无菌检验的规定,可作为无菌物品包装纸。Objective To observe the performance of a new type medical sterilization wrinkle wrapping paper, to provide basis for the application of aseptic packaging. Methods Physic - chemical and biological methods were used to test the penetrative quality of the wrapping paper. Results After exposed to the pressure steam at 132℃for 4 rain, the biological indicators inside the paper were all sterilized. The medical wrinkle paper could effectively block the penetration of Staphylo- coccus aureus under the wet condition and Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores under the dry condition. After exposed to the en- vironment with temperature of 60℃and relative humidity of 75% -85%, this medical wrinkle wrapping paper could block the penetration of Staphylococcus aureus under the wet condition and Bacillus subtilis vat. niger spores under the dry condi- tion for 7 days. Conclusion This medical sterilization wrinkle wrapping paper met the requirements of sterility test, and could be used as the wrapping paper for sterilized items.
