成都市托幼机构卫生消毒管理现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解成都市托幼机构卫生消毒管理现状,查找薄弱环节,为托幼机构开展卫生防病工作提供参考。方法采用问卷调查方法,对成都市30家托幼机构卫生消毒现状进行调查。结果成都市托幼机构所使用的消毒剂主要有酒精和碘伏,教室空气净化主要靠开窗通风。在园儿童基本都配备专用水杯,餐具能做到一用一消,有56.7%的托幼机构采用物理消毒方式消毒餐具。有93.3%托幼机构有流动水洗手装置,采用专用擦手巾者占73.3%。结论此次调查的成都市30家托幼机构,部分硬件设施及保健医生配置未达到国家相关规定的要求,有部分托幼机构未执行正确的消毒管理措施,应加大监督力度。Objective To understand the current status of disinfection management in Chengdu ehildcare institutions, find out the weakness and provide a scientific basis for the work of disinfection and control of infectious diseases. Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the current status of disinfection management in 30 kindergartens. Results The disinfectant of medical use in childcare institutions mainly were ethanol and iodophor, classroom windows were opened constantly to circulate the air. Almost every kid were supplied with special water cups. Tableware were disinfected immedi- ately after used, physical disinfection rate was 56. 7%. Flowing water equipment for washing hand was supplied in 93. 3% of kingdergartens,73.3% of childcare institutions provided private hand towel. Conclusion The hardware facilities and care doctor number of 30 childeare institutions do not meet the requirements of government regulations. Some kindergartens did not carry out the valid management measures on disinfection and hygiene. Supervision needs to be strengthened to make sure the measures is carried out.
