摘　　要：目的调查2013年6月大连医科大学附属第一医院注射用奥美拉唑钠的使用情况,为其临床合理应用与管理提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法调取2013年6月大连医科大学附属第一医院注射用奥美拉唑钠的病例,并制定其使用的合理性评价标准,评价其临床应用的合理性与安全性。结果共纳入有效病例865例,符合适应症的608例,其中治疗用药45例,内科预防用药270例,外科预防用药293例。用药途径合理的为238例,不合理的为160例;用药时机合理的为70例,不合理的为328例。使用剂量合理的为379例,不合理的为19例;使用频次合理用药103例,不合理用药295例。结论大连医科大学附属第一医院注射用奥美拉唑钠的临床应用存在多种不合理现象,建议临床各科室完善使用规范,促进合理用药。Objective To investigate the usage of Omeprazole Sodium for injection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University in June 2013, and to provide a reference for the clinical rational use and control of Omeprazole Sodium for injection. Methods The patients who had used Omeprazole Sodium for injection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University in June 2013 were conducted retrospectively. The revaluation standard for the clinical rational use of Omeprazole Sodium for injection was developed. And the rationality and safety of the usage of Omeprazole Sodium for injection were evaluated. Results A total of 865 cases were involved, and 608 cases were conformed to the indications including 45 treatment cases, 270 prophylaxis cases and 293 surgery cases. The cases of usage of Omeprazole Sodium for injection whose route of administration was reasonable were 238, and the unreasonable cases were 160. The cases whose usage time was reasonable were 70, and the unreasonable cases were 328. There were 379 cases whose usage dose were reasonable, and 19 cases were unreasonable. The cases whose usage frequency was reasonable were 103, and the unreasonable cases were 295. Conclusion There are some unreasonable phenomena in the clinical usage of Omeprazole Sodium for injection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University. Each department should improve usage specifications to promote rational drug use.
