三亚市2010年慢性病及其危险因素监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解三亚市高血压、糖尿病等慢性病及其危险因素的流行现状,为制定慢性病防治政策提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,调查4个乡镇(街道)12个村(居)委会600户家庭,共调查600名18岁以上居民,进行面对面问卷调查,测量身高、体重、腰围、血压和检测空腹静脉血糖、血脂。结果调查人群中平均每人每天消耗食用油与食盐量分别为36.56g、7.18g(不包括其他食物和调料中的油和盐),吸烟率为24.52%,饮酒率为37.13%;超重率、肥胖率分别为17.16%、6.48%;高血压、糖尿病患病率和血脂异常率分别为11.48%、3.44%、14.01%,高血压、糖尿病知晓率分别29.36%、22.22%。居民主动参加锻炼的比例为6.83%。结论三亚市高血压与糖尿病患病率及其危险因素吸烟、油盐摄入、血脂异常、超重与肥胖均低于同期全国水平,但要倡导群众参加体育锻炼活动。Objective To understand the prevalent status of hypertension, diabetes and related risk factors amongresidents in Sanya city in order to provide scientific basis for making chronic diseases prevention and control measures.Methods Stratified random sampling was used to sample 600 persons above age of 18 years in 12 villages （neighborhood）of 4towns（streets） , and face to face questionnaire survey of the 600 families was conducted. The indicators of height, weight,waisdine,blood pressure of the persons surveyed were measured and venous blood smples were taken to test levels of bloodglucose and blood lipid. Results The average consumption of edible oil and salt per person per day was 36.56g and 7.18g（excluded the oil and salt in other food and seasoning） among persons surveyed; the cigarette smoking rate was 24.52% ;thedrinking rate was 37.13%;the rates of overweight and obesity were 17.16% and 6.48%;the morbidity rates of hypertension anddiabetes were 11.48% and 3.44%;the rate of dyslipidemia was 14.01%;the awareness rates of hypertension and diabetes were29.36% and 22.22%. The proportion of people actively participating physical exercise was 6.83% .Conclusion Themorbidity rate of hypertension and diabetes and the levels of their risk factors of smoking, consumption of edible oil and salt,dyslipidemia, overweight and obesity of the people in Sanya were lower than that of the national level at the same period of time.
