摘　　要：毛霉菌病是一种少见的威胁生命的侵袭性真菌感染,常见于糖尿病人。该病的发病率虽较低,但病情凶险,死亡率较高。鼻眶脑是毛霉菌病最主要的发病区域。本文通过回顾以往的文献,总结患糖尿病时毛霉菌病的流行病学、病理生理特征、临床表现以及治疗方法,为以后在临床上治疗糖尿病患者提供理论帮助。Mucormycosis is a rare life-threatening invasive fungal infection, common in patients with diabetes. Theincidence of the disease is low, but dangerous with higher mortality rate. Nasal orbital cerebral mucormycosis is the mostimportant region. Through the review of the previous literatures.The epidemiology, pathophysiological characteristics, clinicalmanifestations and treatment of diabetic patients complicated with mucomycosis were reviewed so as to provide theoretical helpfor the future treatment of diabetic patients in future.
