摘　　要：目的了解南宁市新型毒品吸毒者的性行为特点,探索与吸毒者异性性行为可能相关的危险因素。方法在戒毒医院、自愿咨询检测（VCT）门诊对新型毒品吸毒者开展问卷调查,收集基本情况、相关行为信息。结果共招募新型毒品吸毒者113人,平均年龄（26.3±5.6）岁,90天内有固定性伴性行为、临时性行为和商业性行为的比例分别为64.6%（73/113）、53.1%（60/113）和15.0%（17/113）。吸毒者发生临时性行为的危险因素包括甲基苯丙胺[比值比（OR）=4.581,95%可信区间（CI）：1.658-12.654]和苯丙胺（OR=3.955,95%CI：1.479-10.571）;年龄〈25岁是吸毒者发生临时性行为（OR=0.292,95%CI：0.119-0.715）和商业性行为（OR=0.265,95%CI：0.060-1.170）的保护因素。结论新型毒品吸毒者性行为活跃,甲基苯丙胺、苯丙胺对吸毒者发生临时性行为起到一定的促进作用。Objective To understand characteristics of sexual behavior in new type drug users in Nanning, and explore the risk factors associated with heterosexual behavior among them. Methods Questionnaires were conduc- ted on new type drug users from rehabilitation hospital and VCT clinic to collect and analyze the basic information and related sexual behavior information. Results The study enrolled a total of 113 new type drug users with the av- erage age of 26.34-5.6 years. The proportion of persons having sex with regular partners, with temporary partners and commercial sex behavior in the last 90 days was 64.6% （73/113）, 53.1% （60/113） and 15% （17/113）, re- spectively. Methamphetamine （OR = 4. 581,95% CI： 1. 658 -- 12. 654） and amphetamine （OR = 3. 955,95% CI： 1. 479--10. 571） are the risk factors of temporary sex behavior, and Age 〈25 years were a protective factor of temporary sex behavior （OR = 0. 292, 95% CI： 0. 119 -- 0. 715） and commercial sex behavior （OR = 0. 265,95M CI： 0. 060--1. 170）. Conclusion The new type drug users have an active sexual behavior. Methamphetamine and am- phetamine play a catalytic role in temporary sexual behavior among drug users.
