摘　　要：目的了解上海市城区男男性行为人群（MSM）既往艾滋病病毒（HIV）抗体检测情况及其影响因素。方法2010年8-12月,通过自愿咨询检测（VCT）门诊、非政府组织（NGO）小组、社会信息网络、外展干预等方式动员招募365名MSM,进行面对面匿名问卷调查。结果 69.6%曾做过HIV抗体检测,64.4%在过去的两年中做过HIV抗体检测,两年内平均检测次数为2.29次（1-20次）。从未做过HIV抗体检测的原因主要有：不相信自己会感染HIV,认为没有和HIV感染者发生性关系,从未考虑过检测,不知道去哪里检测,害怕个人信息暴露等。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示：年龄分组[比值比（OR）=2.169]、受教育程度（OR=0.457）、过去一年平均月收入（OR=2.347）、健康自我评估（OR=0.547）与既往HIV抗体检测比例有关。结论应开展有针对性的宣传教育,营造宽松的社会氛围,关注低收入人群,逐步提高咨询检测服务质量、可及性和利用率,不断提高MSM的HIV抗体检测率。Objective To learn the previous HIV testing status among MSM in Shanghai and analyze the impact factors. Methods A total of 365 MSM were recruited by VCT clinic, NGO group, social information network and outreach intervention and were interviewed face to face anonymously. Results Of all respondents, 69.6% had ever been tested for HIV and 64.4% had ever been tested in the past two years. The average testing times were 2.29 （range, 1--20）. The main reasons for never testing included unbelieving that they could be infected with HIV, having no sexual behavior with HIV patients, never considering of testing, not knowing where to test and being afraid of disclosure of personal information. The multivariable analysis results showed that the proportion of previous HIV antibody testing was associated with age （OR = 2. 169）, education level （OR = 0. 457）, average monthly income in the past year （OR：2. 347） and health self evaluation （OR=0. 547）. Conclusion We should carry out targeted education, create a relaxed social atmosphere and focus on the low-income population to improve the quality, availability and utilization of counseling and testing service and the HIV antibody testing among MSM population.
