云南某地和河南某地AIDS病人生活质量变化分析

摘　　要：目的分别对云南某地区和河南某地区的艾滋病(AIDS)病人的生活质量进行分析,了解其变化情况。方法采用AIDS病人生活质量量表(MOS-HIV)简体中文版测量生活质量,对既往以静脉注射吸毒为主要传播途径的云南某地区(简称"A地"),和既往以非法卖血为主要传播途径的河南某地区(简称"B地")开展问卷调查,分别比较两地2008年和2013年两次调查的结果。结果 A地AIDS病人生活质量得分从(67.65±4.11)分增加到(70.51±3.19)分,B地AIDS病人生活质量得分从(50.61±3.20)分增加到(58.29±4.42)分,B地区提升明显(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果表明,职业、获得除低保外的其他救助,是影响AIDS病人生活质量的积极因素(P<0.05)。结论两地区AIDS病人生活质量均有不同程度的提高,持续的生活救助与生产救助活动有利于改善和提高AIDS病人的生活质量。Objective To analyze the changing of quality of life of AIDS patients in different times separately. Method The questionnaire surveys were conducted in 2 counties. One was A county where drug abuse with sharing needles was the main infected way, the other was B county where former paid blood donation was the main infected way. The simplified Chinese version of Medical Outcomes Study HIV Health Survey （MOS-HIV） was used as a tool to assess the quality of life of AIDS patients interviewed. And the survey results in 2008 and 2013 were analyzed comparatively to find out the changing of quality of life of AIDS patients. Results Compared with the results in 2008, the quality of life of AIDS patients surveyed in 2013 had been improved in both A county （from 67.65±4.11 to 70.51±3.19） and B county （from 50.61±3.20 to 58.29±4.42）. And the difference was significant in B county. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that, the factors of occupation status, life support received in addition to Minimum Living Security, were the main factors to improve life of quality （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality of life of AIDS patients had improved a lot. Durable life supports and income generation activities were very helpful to improve the quality of life of AIDS patients.
