摘　　要：王中男教授临证遣方多采用古方化裁,同时也不乏自拟验方,方中药味最多不过14味,药量最大不超30 g。认为药有专性之长,方有合群之妙,精于方者,必精于药方配伍。并根据中药的七情相伍,灵活运用药对。在诊疗疾病过程中以整体理念为出发点,局部与全身辨证相结合,临证缜密。同时擅用经方,用药精准,配伍合理,形成了独特的遣药组方风格。Professor WANG Zhongnan clinical prescription of treating more adopted the ancient reform recipies, while there is no lack of self-formulated proved recipes. The herbs of prescription no more than 14 and the dose of medicine is no more than 30 g. He holds that herbs have their own specialities, prescription has advantages of mixture, be good at prescription is skilled in matching medicines. Based on the medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine, flexibly use the drug pair. With the whole concept as the starting point in the process of clinical disease, combination of local and whole systemic differ- entiation, the clinical practice deliberately. At the same time, be good at classical prescription, using medicine accurate, rea- sonable compatibility, formed his unique style of medicine formula.
