刘敬霞教授运用补中益气汤异病同治验案

摘　　要：补中益气汤是"补土派"李东垣"补气升阳,甘温除热"的经典方剂。刘敬霞教授在继承国医大师李振华教授治病重视调补脾胃学术思想的同时,又有所发挥,治病不仅重视中医辨证论治,主张健脾益气,温阳升清,亦不忘重视滋养脾胃之阴,以全面培补脾胃之"后天之本",体现了中医"异病同治"的思想;同时还强调西医的辨病论治,重视参考、借鉴现代医学科研方法与现代药理学研究成果,西为中用,中西并用。临证运用补中益气汤化裁治疗多种疑难杂病。Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is one of classic prescriptions which reflect the academic thought of Li Dongyuan, which is ＇tonifying qi and lifting yang, sweet and warm tastes removing fever＇ . Professor LIU Jingxia has been affected by ＇Chinese medicine master＇, Professor Li Zhenhua, who is paying more attention to regulate and fortify the spleen and stomach. Profes- sor Liu is in the succession of professor Li＇ s academic thought and clinical experience, and combined with the individual ex- perience to play. She not only pays attention to the ＇Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment＇, advocates strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi, warming Yang and Sheng Qing, meanwhile, but also does not forget to play a important role in nourishing the spleen and stomach yin. Therefore, tonifying spleen and stomach, source of acquired constitution and with comprehensive training. And it better reflects the tradition al thought of treating different diseases with same method. At the same time, professor Liu emphasizes the western medicine treatment based on differentiation of disease, the importance of reference research method of modern medical research with modern pharmacological achievements. So to make western medicine serve Traditional Chinese medicine and the full use of them. Then, Professor Liu is adept at using Buzhong Yiqi Decoction to deal with many subjects diseases. The clinical curative effect of hers is distinct.
