心衰参七强心方联合西药对慢性心衰患者血清脑利钠肽及左室射血分数的影响

摘　　要：目的观察心衰参七强心方联合西药对慢性心衰患者血清脑利钠肽及左室射血分数的影响。方法将60例慢性心衰患者,随机分为西药组与联合治疗组,各30例,西药组口服赖诺普利10 mg/次,1次/d,氢氯噻嗪25 mg/次,2次/d,地高辛片0.125 mg/次,1次/d。联合治疗组在西药治疗基础上加用参七强心方(人参、三七粉、黄芪等)治疗。结果西药组总有效率为76.7%,联合治疗组为93.3%,2组比较,P<0.05;治疗3个月后血清BNP西药组(316.12±180.62)pg/m L,联合治疗组(231.68±136.37)pg/m L,2组比较,P<0.05;LVEF(%)西药组(52.36±5.78)优于联合治疗组(56.93±4.8),P<0.05。结论参七强心方治疗慢性心衰,能明显改善慢性心衰患者的临床症状,联合西药起增效减毒作用。Objective To observe effects of Shenqi enhanced heart prescription combined with western medicine on serum BNP and LVEF of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Sixty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly di- vided into 30 western medicine groups and 30 combination therapy groups. The western medicine groups were given 10 mg of lisinopril for oral administration for once a day,25 mg of hydrochlorothiazide for twice a day, and 0. 125 mg of Goxin Thlets once a day. On the basis of the western medicine, the treatment group was additionally given Shenqi enhanced heart prescrip- tion（Ginseng, Sanehi Powder, Astragalus mongholocus, etc. ） for treatment. Results The total effective rate of the western medicine group was 76.7 % and the therapy group was 93.3 %, comparing the two groups, P 〈 0.05. After 3 months of treatment, the serum BNP was 316.12 ± 180.62 in the western medicine group. In contrast, serum BNP of combination ther- apy group was （231.68 ± 136.37）, comparing the two groups, P 〈 0.05. The LVEF（ % ） of western medicine group and combination therapy group was （52.36 ±5.78） and （56.93 ± 4.8） respectively comparing the to group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Shenqi enhanced heart prescription can significantly improve the clinical symptom of patients with chronic heart failure, and its combination with western medicine can play a synergistic and attenuate role in treatment obviously.
