芎芷煎方治疗偏头痛疗效及对脑电图、脑干诱发电位的影响

摘　　要：目的观察芎芷煎方治疗偏头痛的临床疗效及对脑电图、脑干诱发电位的影响。方法采取随机、对照方法,将122例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组62例和对照组60例,治疗组口服中药芎芷煎方(川芎、白芷、赤芍、白芍、延胡索、夏枯草等,1剂/d),对照组口服西比灵胶囊(5 mg/次,每晚1次口服);2组疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效和血液流变学指标以及脑电图、脑干诱发电位的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为79.0%,对照组为56.7%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后血液流变学指标改善情况和脑电图(EEG)检查结果与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),脑干诱发电位(BAEP)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芎芷煎方治疗偏头痛具有较好的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与改善血液流变学和脑电图改变有关。Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Xiongzhi Decoction＂ on migraine and its effects on EEG and BAEP. Methods 122 migraineurs were randomly divided into two groups,with 62 patients in the treatment group and 60 others in the control group. Patients in the treatment group took the ＂Xiongzhi Decoction＂ （consisted of Ligusticum wallichii, Angelica dahurica, Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Corydalis, Prunella vulgaris and so on, 1 dose/d） orally, while those in the control group took the Sibelium Capsules （5 mg） orally once every night. After a course of treatment that lasts 3months, the clinical effects, as well as the changes of the hemodynamic indexes, EEG and BAEP were observed. Re- sults The total effective rate was 79.0% in the treatment group and 56.7% in the control group,with a striking difference between them （ P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, the improvement of hemodynamic indexes and the EEG findings in the treat- ment group had significant differences from those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. But there was no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05） on the BAEP findings between these 2 groups. Conclusion Xiongzhi Decoction is quite effective for migraine. Its mechanism may be related to the improvement of hemorheology and the changes of EEG.
