镇肝熄风汤加减治疗高血压48例

摘　　要：目的观察镇肝熄风汤加减联合西药治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法将96例阴虚阳亢型高血压的患者随机分对照组和治疗组,各48例。2组均给予常规的西药降压治疗,治疗组在此基础上根据患者具体证候采用镇肝熄风汤加减,2组均治疗4周,采血检测患者血液流变学指标,并观察治疗前,用药2、4周时患者的中医证候积分、生活质量评分改善情况。结果与对照组比较,治疗组胃瘫恢复时间明显缩短,临床疗效和中医症状积分改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论镇肝熄风汤加减联合西药治疗高血压能明显改善高血压患者血液流变学指标,改善患者中医证候积分和生活质量评分,其机制可能与白芍、玄参、牡蛎等抗氧化、舒张血管,降低血管外周阻力有关。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction subtraction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 96 patients with hypertension （types of Yang hyperactivity and Yin deficiency） were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 48 patients in the control group and 48 others in the treatment group. Western medicines were given to both groups, while Zhengan Xifeng Decoction subtraction was given to the patients in the treatment group based on their specific syndromes. With a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups, hemodynamic indexes are tested by blood sampling, TCM scores and the improvement of life qualities before the treatment, 2 weeks after the treat- ment and 4 weeks after the treatment are observed. Results Compared with the control group, patients in the treatment group can recover from the gastroparesis much more quickly, with better clinical efficacy and TCM scores improvement. There are significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Zhengan Xifeng Decoction subtraction com- bined with Western medicine in the treatment of hypertension can obviously improve the hemodynamic indexes of the pa- tients,as well as enhance their TCM scores and life qualities. Its mechanism may be related with the functions of Radix Paeoniae Alba, Scrophularia ningpoensis and oyster, such as oxidation resistance, vasodilation and reducing the resistance of peripheral blood vessels.
