摘　　要：目的观察A型肉毒毒素合治挛散对偏侧面肌痉挛的治疗作用及不良反应。方法将167例偏侧面肌痉挛患者按就诊顺序随机分成2组,对照组84例,采用A型肉毒毒素(BTX-A)治疗,治疗组83例采用BTX-A合用治挛散治疗(注射BTX-A 12周后给予口服中药治挛散4周),观察2组用药2周和用药4个月后的临床疗效及痉挛缓解程度。结果 2组在用药2周后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组在用BTXA16周后痉挛强度较对照组明显降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药治挛散具有止痉挛作用,能延长BTX-A的作用时间,可用于偏侧面肌痉挛疾病的辅助治疗药物,无毒副作用。Objective To observe the clinical effects and adverse effects of using traditional Chinese medicine Zhiluansan to treat hemifacial spasm. Methods There are 167 patients with hemifacial spasm were divided randomly into two groups ac- cording to the doctors＇ visiting order. The control group has 84 cases, simply using BTX-A. Treatment group 83 cases used BTX-A and Zhiluansan （Po Zhiluansan 4w after using BTX-A 12w）.Observe after 2 weeks and 4 months＇ clinical curative effect, compared to 2 groups of patients＇ spasm degree. Results There is no difference between the two groups in first 2 weeks, P 〉 0.05.The treatment group using BTX-A and Zhiluansan have lower ashworth in 16th w, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Zhiluansan can stop Spasm and prolong the action time of BTX-A. It is a kind of adjuvant therapy drug to treat hemifacial spasm and no adverse effects was found up to now.
