药熏结合治疗膝骨性关节炎

摘　　要：目的观察壮骨伸筋胶囊结合熏洗Ⅱ号治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将60例(87膝)患者随机分成治疗组(药熏结合组)30例(42膝)和对照组(西药组)30例(45膝),治疗20d后观察总体临床疗效和膝关节功能评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率为85.7%,对照组60.0%,2组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后膝关节功能评分中疼痛、活动度、功能和肌力等积分与治疗前比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论药熏结合对膝关节疼痛、功能、活动度、肌力积分有明显改善作用,且治疗过程患者无痛苦。Objective To observe the bones and tendons capsule combined with fumigation Ⅱ clinical curative for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.nethods Sixty patients （87 knees） were randomly divided into treatment group （medicine fu- migation and combination group）,30 cases （42 knees） and control group （western medicine group） 30 cases （45 knees）, after 20 days treatment for observed, the clinical efficacy of general and knee functional score changes. Results The total effective rate was 85.7 %, 60.0% in controlgroup, comparison of two groups, there is statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05） ; Treatment group after treatment, the knee functional score of pain, dexterity, function and strength etc. compared with before treatment, has statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Medical fumigation combination for pain of knee, function, mobility and strength of integral has improved effect, as well as the treatment process of patients with no pains.
