职业价值观对少数民族大学生职业选择的影响分析

摘　　要：以新疆农业职业技术学院大学生为样本,分析民汉学生职业价值观的差异,发现影响少数民族学生职业选择的原因,调查研究职业价值观对少数民族大学生职业选择的影响。发挥职业价值观在少数民族大学生职业选择中的积极影响,提出缓解高职少数民族学生就业压力和就业难问题的对策与建议。Guide the minority college students to set up the occupation value of realization of both personal achievementsand social development in the choice of occupation. Setting the students of Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational College as the sample,analyze the difference of occupation values between Han and Minority students to find out the reasons influencing the selectionof occupation and the effect of occupation values on the selection of occupation in Minority students. Play the positive effect ofoccupation values on the selection of occupation in Minority students, recommend the measures and suggestions to alleviate theemployment pressure and employment difficulties of the Minority students.
