摘 要:JTUIS超声成像无损检测系统在传统超声探伤基础上,结合计算机技术、图像处理技术等实现了对触头焊接质量进行检测,并可以进行定性、定量的分析。简要介绍了JTUIS-Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅳ+、Va,从硬件、软件两方面简要叙述了系统的研究进展及所取得的成果,包括系统集成度的提高、信号处理以及图像处理方法的改进、系统软件的扩充与优化等。试验以及实际应用表明,改进系统检测的稳定性、可靠性和重复性都得到实质性的提高。JTUIS ultrasonic imaging nondestructive testing system can be used to detect low voltage electrical contacts. On the basis of conventional ultrasonic flaw detection, the system combines computer technology, image processing technology to achieve welding quality testing, qualitative and quantitative analysis. This paper reviews the recent development history of the system and briefly introduces JTUIS-m, IV, IV and Va. Then it mainly describes the research progress and achievements from aspects of hardware and software, which include increased system integration, signal processing, image processing and software optimizing. The experiments and practical application show that the stability, reliability and reproducibility of the improved system are substantially improved.
